Dear CCI members Gud morning

Is it required to send ITR-V of original return filied with in due date also to CPC if revised return is filed after due date and ITR-V of revised return has been sent to CPC.

Can anybody help me in this regard.

Hi,

ITR-V even in case of revised return has to be sent to CPC, else the same will not be considered as complete.

you are not required to send the revise acknowledgement

you are not required to send the revise acknowledgement if it is e verified or digitally signed. e verification is possible if your net total income is less than 500000.. in case of refund you can't e verify your return you are required to send it Bangalore
