I Have Filled Many ITR Returns Mentioning My E-Mail Id....Is There Any Way To Know That How Many ITR-V Has Been Uploaded Using My E-Mail ID.????

Check your Inbox and also Junk/Spam, you receive ITR-V to your email if it is used in Income Tax return.
There is no other way.
