Tax is nil if the income is below 5lacs by availing rebate. So ITR can be filed upto 4.99lacs income with nil tax

Section 234F is applicable .1000/- will be the late fees

Who said tax is NIL below 5 lacs , it's for sr. citizen. For ordinary citizen it depends.
