Dear All Kindly advise to me ,

I am working an private company . i have some problems . Company was started 2012 November ,company have commercial tax registration , service tax registration . They filled ITR FY 2012-2013 and FY 2013-2014 .

I have joined November- 2014 . whenever i talk about ITR and Service TAX efiling topic they ignore my words . The company turn over is high NP = Rs.3 Crores , Service Income Rs.88 Lakhs . Comission Paid Morethan Rs.90 Lakhs . the problem is they do not filled service tax , TDS Return and ITR .

Kinldy note that FY 2014-2015 and FY 2015-2016 not e-filled

kindly advise to me as to what are all the problems my company will face .

let the department trace and act, request you not to make any prediction on such issues, as if management has kept it pending , they are aware of the facts, and as an employee pointing out of their negligence or fault may drag the employee in troubles
