If some one getting commission from vestige products pvt ltd tds tds deducted under 194h only 2400 and she is house wife and she has no other income whicb itr she will choose and in which head she will show

As I know, you can show that commission as other income if it is not a principal income and file ITR 1

First check TDS amount in 26AS
if it's appearing then how much it is ( has to be 240/-) and since no other income as per query.
You have to decide to file return or forego 240/- Choice is yours.
Repeating that first check 26AS and confirm TDS
