Dear Sir,
My , TDS on Fd int Rs.2400.0 in june 15.
I work for Proprietary firm with no tds on salary. Firm has no TAN number.
I want to claim refund of TDS rs.2400.00
Now, while validating Sahaj form
shows error " enter TDS on Salary details"
Sir, Kindly advice how to resolve this issue.

You have received form 16A regarding Interest on FDR and TDS
You can get refund of TDS by submitting ITR-1 because your income is below taxable limit
Your problem is "while validating Sahaj form shows error " enter TDS on Salary details"
There are two schedule for TDS details : TDS-1 is for from no 16 and TDS-2 is for Form no 16A
I think , by mistake, you have filled the information of form 16A in Column of Form 16.
means details of TDS on FDR should be filled in TDS-2 column

I rechecked . I have filled TDS on FD int in TDS 2 & TDS 1 is kept blank
TDS1 has been marked in RED & is mandetory. But for me there is no TDS on Salary & i have to claim Refund of TDS on Interest.
What is the way out.

I think, return is being prepared by you using utility programme, which has been obtained from : www. incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

You can submit your ITR using Quick e-File ITR (after log in you income tax account), it is helpful and easy
