ITR Revision suggestion reqd.

Dear Sir,

I filed ITR-3 for the FY20-21. In the House Property section 1 property was self occupied and the second was let out. I filled the Rent in the Let out property but the software taken the same rent also in the self occupied property. That time there was no impact of this and the acknowledgement(ITR-V) also showing the refund as per the actual. Now I received the intimation u/s 143(1), CPC considered that amount and make a demand of tax. I rectify the same u/s 154 through the reprocess option but again the same demand was in the 154 order. Time limit for revised the ITR u/s 139(5)  is also over so i can't rectify through this section and portal also not accepting  the JSON file due to time limit over(Showing the error for section code).

I checked with another section (Filed in response to notice u/s 139(9)) and that time JSON accepted and no error but i can't do because I didn't received any notice. This section allow to file if received the notice and response with 15days.

Please suggest What I have to do in this situation?

@ Vaib,

Review the intimation u/s 143(1) . As per my view , there won't be any column to enter under self occupied house property.

You might have considered both houses under letout properties.

There might be others reasons for IT Demand
Message me your user id and password , i will check it out.
@ Vaib,

Check whether Tds as per ITR and Tds allowed as per 143(1) .

If rent is only the correction then file rectification request
Why you keep asking when querist is not interested to reply you.
You first read the query, understand it and give solution instead of asking user id and passwords
There is no possibility of replying randomly anything without seeing the intimation.so I asked for. Why you keep posting same reply
I have posted the comment to review the 143(1).

Just check your answers and those are not related to this query
Hope you are educated enough to read your same comments on one single post.
Hope it is applicable to you
Just check all
Read the threads again
It's for you
I have already given the reply and this discussion is not required
