no,if your income is below taxable limit then you won't have to pay it even if you file after the deadline.

For returns filed between 1st September to 31st December 2018, a late fee of Rs. 5000/-. Similarly, Rs. 10,000/- is payable for the return filed after 31’December 2018 (Rs. 1,000/- for persons having income up to Rs. 5 lakhs).
