ITR Return for last 2 years

Pls. help me telling what should be done to file Return of an individual for last 2 years (PY- 2005-06 & 2006-07).

Can we file those returns & what r the penalties?

Is any CA reqd. for this job or even i can file that delayed return? online filing possible?

You can always file the belated return urself .. online return is possible for individual only for this year....

So for Belated return will i have to approach a C.A or i can file it myself at ITO? any penalty?

Dear Mr. Ramakhalsa, Under section 271 F, failure to furnish return of income, with in the time allowed, shall attract penalty of Rs.5,000/-.The Assessing Officer may levy the same on issue of a show cause notice to you. Hence file your returns through CA.
