Hi,
I filed my Income Tax Return on the due date ie 31st August after the midnight (12AM) deadline ie 12.01 AM. So will it still be considered as Late filing of Return?
Secondly I have mentioned in the Return that ITR has been filed u/s 139(1) instead of 139(4) in case it is a belated return.Please advise.
