sir last year mere client ka audit hua tha F.Y 16-17 ka.to is saal uska turnover kam hai to Kya hum ITR 4S USE kar sakte hai
pls suggest me

yes u can opt 44AD, subject to that you have filled normal return in AY 2016-17. And its itr 4 not 4S
yes. you can opt ITR 4. but remember if u choose 44AD then you have to continue 44AD for atleast 5 succeeding year. if you file ITR3 withoit completing 5 years then u will not able to file your income u/s 44ad for succeeding 5 years
