10 March 2014I have filled a ITR of an individual in that case one article has filled a wrong name in ITR and the return was filled and the refund for the same has been came with wrong name.
Whether i hav to fill a revise return for rectification and wht is the procedure?

Sir,
You have been filed the Revised Return in this regard some time taken for saidd procedding after that issued the said Refund Order also and you'r not varied.
