An Audit firm downsized itself and asked its clients to appoint new auditors . There are some queries from GST / Income tax pertaining audits done by them from 2011 to 2020 . They say that it has to be addressed by new auditors. Can a old auditor refyse to help ? if so what course of remedy available to a client

If new auditor has no issue in complying formalities, better get it resolved.
Or get return reply from old auditor for his inability to complete the formalities.
