I had filed my ITR for AY 20-21 in August 2020 but my return is not yet processed for that I had taken 10 to 12-time followup of CPC processing department they are remarking and taking my query but not solving sins last 8 months is there any other way to write to CPC? or contact any higher authority?

PLEASE HELP

There is a time limit for assessment. You can not ask it to be quickly. You keep patience and let CPC /AO take it's own time. Hope this is not a refund return.

I had filed my return in September, followed up with CPC for processing Return. It is yet to be processed and refund is pending. I was given to understand this time processing started quite late and hence the delay. Suggest wait as this year it may take time.
