ITR Processing

Processing of it does not depend on form you filed, depends upon the income you are so one and also on the timing you have filed a return.
if you file your return now it will be processed within three days and refund will provided in your account within 3 to 5 days.
as per your question you have already filed your return so it's better to wait for its processing and the another option is to revise your return so that it can be processed within next few days.
if it is a case of refund I suggest you to file your revised return
