ITR processed shown in IT dept site of the assessee.
Is it means Assessment completed by department, and no furhter revised retrun can be filed?
Or can assessee file revised return after ITR processed.

Unless any scrutiny order passed, the ITR can be revised (provided time not lapsed), when the e-filling site shows: ITR Processed.
