WHERE THE ITR OF ARMY PERSON IS FILED ?
THERE RESIDENT OR ANY SPECIFIED DEPARMENT ..

You can file it online..., no need to go any where else...
However, If u want to file mannually., then there is a saperate Department for receiving Employees working under Government., so for army person , there will also.. but I dont know exactly, where you have to go...
So, its better to file online
