Normally not possible. You can file ITR after getting notice from income tax department.

one of my friend are working at research co. and doing a job related to marketing data collection related to TV Chanel for find out the trp of particular Chanel at present time, and his company deduct his TDs under sec 94 C now I am confused which nature of business can be used while filling of itr 4
