1. Yes accept with Mr. Pravin, I too faced a similar problem with my client. Pre validation should be carried out in your E filing profile with the bank account in which the assessee wishes to receive the refund amount.
2. It puts certain conditions that name given in the bank account should be as per the PAN and only then it takes pre-validation. Once done intimation of the status will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
3. Can also check your status by logging into your profile.
4. To be frank, once the PAN matches with the bank account, all these pre validations are irrelevant. But from this year onwards IT department has introduced this receiving refund.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.
