I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH LATEST ITR ( A.Y 2014-15) . I AM JUST OPENED ITR UTILITY, AFTER 20 SECONDS IT'S AUTOMATICALLY STRUCKED. I ALREADY UPDATED JAVA VERSION ALSO. PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION.

What java version you are using ?? Confirm this by checking that by running command " java -version " on command prompt. i.e dos prompt .

this version is latest. so i dont think you should face any prb. but if still you face prb then try restarting your computer few times or try reinstalling java.

Your system may not take the java version.Try usying the later computer or lap top. you will succeed

i have problem in itr 1 java utility but itr 2 open easily , and i have downloaded latest java and latest itr still its not opening,
if anybody knows about any thing please tell me
