I filled ITR 4 for FY 2019-20 Can I revise it after 31-3-21
Because I forgot to show capital gain please advise
NO, you cant. You can revise revise return for FY 2019-2020 till 31.03.2021 only.

After 31-03-2021, revise return is not possible.
you can now file ITR3 and show your capital gain income and pay tax.
