last year I filled my return in ITR 4
now can I file the returns in ITR 3
tell about ITR Form please sir

when ever we can change ?

If You are filed ITR 4 in Last Year (AY 16-17) then You can file ITR 3 in AY 17-18...

The ITR 4 (AY 16-17) is changed as ITR 3 (ay 17-18).
So, Go to file ITR 3...
