Itr form no??

Hello friends,

i have a questio in my mind that.

If an assessee has 

1)income from house property(only loss of Self occupied property)

2)Income from business(presumptive that is 44ad is not availed) & that assesse is the propritor of only 1 business

&

3)Income from other source

This assessee is an individual & resident of india..

which ITR form is applicable??

plz help
