Depending upon income source
There is no seperate ITR form for students
Depending upon types of his /her income , student will have to require filing of relevant ITR form.
In case if stipend income , you may choose ITR1 and file that ITR1
Note that stipend is not a salary income and therefore no standard deduction is applicable.
