ITR form for Direct selling income

Hi,
Please tell me which ITR to be used if someone have income (bonus and commissions) from a Direct selling company or a Network marketing company.

itr 1 for total income up to fifty lac

ITR 3 or ITR 4 is applicable.

ITR 3 or ITR 4 is applicable based on whether you are going to file a Financial statement or not

Yes... You can declare it's business incomes. Direct Selling like under Trading category... Both of the other will be accounted Indirect Incomes...

With all due respect, I dont think you can classify as trading income. I think It can be classified as income from other sources as commission on sales.
