Hi,
I have done only 2 intraday transaction with loss of 1100/- and 2-3 transaction of selling share which is long term loss, So can i fill ITR 2 for this year considering intraday loss as capital loss rather than business loss , please suggest.

Intraday trading is in the nature of speculation business.So you must consider it in speculation business loss.You have to file ITR-3
