one of my Clint itr return need to file in itr 4 but mistake he filed in ITR 1 NOW revise return can change itr form 4
plz help me

For current year
you can revised
but if the 1st itr allready proceed or verified
then you might get noticed
not compulsory that you get but chances are there or you might not get

ITR forms are decided by the Income you want to show.so if you have filed ITR form 4 it is not incorrect.you can file any form you want if you have income related to such form. you can also revise your return after 31st March.
