which form can be use for filling ITR.

Itr-1 for salary and other income. itr-1 will be filed

ITR 3 (Salary & bussiness income) bcoz sec192 is for salary n Sec194H for profession

sec 194h is for commission or brokerage...
sec194j is for professional...
so I think sec194h income will show under IFOS..
