One person sell saree and dress materials.He wants bank loan,but bank asked him about three year I.T.Return.That he never filled.Now he wants to fill ITR for last three year.
Please give your valuable guidance on following issue.
1)Which ITR Form should be used.
2)From which F.Y./A.Y. he can fill ITR.

as per new amended law. he can file return for FY 16-17 till 31 mrch 18 including interest and penalty if applicable. he can not file any return for earlier years.

ITR DEPENDS on head of incomes.
