which ITR form should I use for presumptive income U/s 44ADA and income from other resources?
Is it require Balance Sheet?
ITR 4 has to be filed. Balance sheet is not a mandatory for filing this return, however it is advisable to file return only after preparing financial statements (P&L a/c, Balance sheet etc)
