WHY IT IS SAYING THAT ITR FORM OF AY:2017-18 IS NOT VERIFIED EITHER THROUGH EVC OR BY SENDING ITR RECEIPT AT CPC?

I think you have uploaded the ITR but you didn't yet verify the same or you have verified with wrong EVC.

Verify it now.
