Dear Kumar,
If u file 4S then there would be deemed profit of 8%.
if such profit is acceptable to you then u can file Itr 4S also.

I need more depth explaination.Itr 2 is not for business income as per my readings.Itr 4s is not for consulting services.

Dear Kumar,
I have given my answer for your first query and not for consultancy income. further it's better to have file as ITR 2 if your karyana shop income is not business income as we have assumed as other sources income.
In 4S u can include business income, house property and other sources income. So u can use ITR 4S
