Hi All,

Following are the details for which ITR needs to be filed:

Individual is a partner in a firm which is assessed under presumptive basis.
Individual also earns commission in come from other business & profession carried under his name.
Individual has interest income.

The form for filing ITR. Also whether digital signature is required for filing of the same online. has not filed from assessment year 2011-12 onwards.

Hi!

The firm in which he is partner is filing the ITR 4s but other than remuneration from that firm he is also having commission income from other source. The individual needs to file under which form??
