My unmarried unemployed sister took 20 lacs money on loan basis from me and invested in share trading( IPOs, daily trading thru SBI capsecurities) and gained around 4+ lakhs , she invested 2 lacs under 80C . Shall she need to file the ITR for the profit made share trading? Can she file in ITR3 showing the loan amount taken from me , with the fact that she has already returned my money and the money transfer made was in need basis , on frequent intervals throughout the year , not one time?
