ITR FOR LIC AGENT

PREVIOUSLY HAVE FILED ITR FOR INSURANCE AGENT IN FORM 4 FOR AY 2017-18 AND HAVE RECEIVED REFUND ALSO. BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT FORM 4 IS NOT THE CORRECT FORM BUT ITR FORM 3 IS THE CORRECT FORM...WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW TO REFUND AGAIN? INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT WILL AÇCEPT THE ITR FORM 3 NOW AND REFUND MY CLAIM?

Yes... You can file ITR 3 for Your LiC commission income. IT Dept will refund Your TDS as per Your filing...

I think.,
In AY 17-18 You filed ITR 4 and Also Just give Your income value details (I don't know how to You filed the ITR). They can't get correct name of income so, they processed the ITR normally...
