ITR for hire income on taxi
My uncle is having a taxi, which he is running on hire under OLA. He is getting commission from OLA. Kindly suggest which ITR to be filled for income tax return.

You can file ITR 3 or ITR 4...
Is it's commission or it's his Business income...?
OLA get commission in this transaction and Taxi Owner or Taxi Driver cum Owner get his service (contract) charges from OLA...
So, It's purely business related income...
