20 June 2018One of my client is closed his business but for FY 2017-18 i have to file a IT return but in ITR it says i have to fill Balance sheet details but as on 31.03.2018 business has closed so Balance sheet also nil....
Some say if i file ITR without Balance sheet the return will be defective...
help me ASAP...

File regular ITR and provide a letter to Income Tax department manually specifying:
1.Proper Address
2.Identifying information
3.Pay all Tax dues.
4.Specify Taxes paid in letter
5.Request Tax clearance certificate
6.Sign and Send.
