Utilities for ITR1, 2 and 4 are out and others are yet to be released. A lot of errors have been reported while filing ITR using these utilities.
If someone wants to file ITR1/2/4, it is better to wait if there is no tax liability (or if the tax payable is up to 1 lac) otherwise interest would apply.
But if someone wants to file say ITR3, then no option but to wait and pay interest wherever applicable, which seems ridiculous.

I agree with Samantha. Worst handling by Infosys. Some Association should drag Infosys to Court.

ICAI may not clash with entities backed by political power. Only course is to drag the issues to the Court and ask Infosys to pay back the money with interest and black list.

I fully agree with Raghavendra Kamath, I sent a few complaints to CPC pointing utter chaos by Infy . The Finance dept should not have totally scrapped the old system; instead, they should make improvements to it ;
I think Infy has made huge money on the introduction of the chaotic system from the taxpayers' money. only God can save the taxpayers from this failure by the department

Dear Sri Anantha Padmanaban Paramashivam,
May I know how you send comments / pointing out mistakes to CPC?
Once I contacted the CPC help desk advised me they advised me to email my comments to:
efilingwebmanager @ incometax.gov.in OR efilinghelpdesk @ incometax.gov.in.
So far I have not got any response.
Regards,
Ram
