In regular course no.......
1. Either notice from department to be received......
2. Or if you have any refund claim........ get approval from Jurisdictional JCIT/ITO u/s. 119(2)(b) for condonation of delay..

Application is to be filed offline....... Once permission granted, you can file ITR online ......
