what are the consequences if ITR for AY 2017-18 are not filed yet?

No tax liability or penalty for aggregate income BEL !!!
For any tax liability, if detected........ tax with interest and penalty at discretion of ITO.

A person received salary 590000/-+value of perquisites 127800/- (including Accomodation-70000,cars-22000,watchman -7500 allowances). How much can deduct from Gross...u/s... Please..
