Is there any option available to file ITR-1for A.Y. 2017-18?
Assessee missed his ITR for 17-18 due to medical reasons and negligence of his tax consultant.
Can he file ITR 1 for A.Y. 2017-18 u/s 119?
please suggest..

NO, NOT AT ALL
As per sec 119 a Assesee can file any Refund or Any loss. Otherwise no way...
