my client has filed ITR FOR 20-21 AY.And also taken print out of acknowledgement. and it was also e verified.
but it was not find returns filed in income tax portal.
what is the reason.

It was filed on 27/12/2020
put it under grievance after log in and give acknowledgment no etc
Create a grivenace on the IT portal
You can also contact CPC Bangalore
Without login search e verification option and enter acknowledgement number and other details.
You may get little information from this .
It has to show errors message since it's already verified
