you need to file ITR-3. you need to maintain records for commission income earned, expenses etc...separate accounts for gross amounts received and transferred.

sir please can you give me a little more knowledge what is the total gross respite can show in itr3 10000 or 100 because his earning only 100 rupees not 10000.
