Itr filling
can I file itr if I don't have form 16 because my salary is less than 200000 p.a. and there is no deductions and allowances.

Yes you can. Anyone can file ITR. However, you are not required to file the ITR if your income is less than minimum taxable income. (Currently 2,50,000)

Nil return is filed when there is zero tax liability. Since it is true in your case, you can file the same.
