Go for presumptive asessment u/s. 44AD (ITR 4S for AY 2016-17, & ITR 4 for AY 2017-18) Check turnover do not exceed ST limit......
my frnd have pan card own name but dont have pan card medical shop . Respected SIr my Frnd ITR filling which period
If he is proprietor of the medical shop, having drug license in his name, no need of any other pan card, he can file the return with his individual PAN.
