ITR filling

Dear All,

I want to fill my ITR but my company is not yet given to me FORM 16A.

If i fill my ITR before due date can i get my refund amount in the future.

Can an emloyee fill ITR with form 16 part B instead of pary-A.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Soumya don't wait for Form 16.... File your return on the basis of Form 26AS and claim the refund....

yes u can do incase u do not have it

The same is not showing in 26AS as company is yet to fill the return.

then you should wait....unless n untill company won't deposit the tds u can't claim refund
