1000 maximum if total income is upto 500000, till December only

Sir what section select the 134 or belated filing option in filing page
and he also have tds amount last five years
not filled itr. now there is any option to refund all amount in single return

Return to be filed u/s 139(4) only and inorder to file Previous Year returns one option is to obtain a condonation from the A.O.

If there was no tax there will be no penalty.
