We want to file ITR of companies, where tax audit is not applicable, but the relevant form/schema is not available on income tax portal. Even the software used by us is not showing the same.
Has anyone filed the return of companies for AY 2021--22, if yes please suggest how???

Yes, you are correct. The utility is still awaited....
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
