UNDER head income from profession or business you can not avail standard deduction of 40000 from business income, available for salary income

if you not to wish do audit than fill itr 4 . there is a column income from profession.

You must fill ITR 4 under section 44ADA for professional income, Standard Deduction is only allowed for a salaried employee.
