You cannot file income tax return for the FY 16-17. March 31, 2018 itself the due date got over.

We don't file ITR Fy 2016-17 this date already ended.

Yes... I agreed to above said replies...

No way for filing ITR AY 17-18 on Normal Provisions...


In case Assessee got any notice from ITD for NMS or any refund claim then he can move with condonation delay request.
Otherwise no way...
